MEDICAID SERVICE COORDINATOR
Full time position available immediately

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree required with experience as a Service Coordinator preferred. One year's experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Computer adeptness for use with additional software. Valid driver's license and car required for travel to site visits.

DESCRIPTION: The Medicaid Service Coordinator assists people with developmental disabilities in gaining access to necessary services and supports to lead successful lives in the community. Our consumer base is primarily Monroe County, but other counties are also included.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST REGISTERED-PART TIME POSITION AVAILABLE

WHEN:April 2008
HOURS:4 days a week, 8:30am until 4:30pm, 10 month calendar (September through June)
CASELOAD:Working with children (age 5-21) and adults with developmental disabilities
REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy, Licensed by the State of New York, Certified by the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
