Fundraising Events
Sponsors, volunteers, and participants are always needed to make a Special Event successful.  If you’d like more information about any of the events below or to be included in future mailings, please contact Kate Balconi, (585) 359-3710 ext. 169 unless otherwise noted.

Candy Sale:  Runs from January to March, featuring delicious Gertrude Hawk products. Thanks to everyone who helped to make the 2011 Sale a huge success. Click for a list of our Candy Sale Partners. 

Annual Golf Tournament: Held at Midvale Country Club on Monday, June 18, 2012. Click for Sponsorship Opportunities and golf entry forms.

Wegmans LPGA Championship:Tournament is scheduled for June 4-10 at Locust Hill Country Club and volunteers are need to help us fill 4-hour shifts.

Family & Friends Golf Tournament (Formerly Co-ed Golf Tournament): to be held July 14th at Greystone Golf Club. Sponsor and golf registration forms coming soon.

Ladies’ Golf Tournament: Will be held at Penfield Country Club on Monday, July 9, 2012. Sponsorship and golf entry forms available here.

65th Anniversary Brunch: More information soon!

Pumpkins on Parade: This unique fall event is hosted by our friends at Gro-Moore Farms in October.  The event features a Pumpkin Artist Contest, a silent and live auction of decorated pumpkins and delicious food and desserts.  Henrietta based businesses have the option of being a Bale Sponsor for which they receive recognition at the event and a painted bale of hay to be displayed at their business for the month of October.  Sponsorship information is available in August 2012.

Annual Craft Sale: Date to be announced. In addition to items made in Holy Childhoood's Woodworking program and Special Touch Bakery pies, the event  will also feature many handcrafted items made by our team of enthusiastic volunteers and friends. Crafters are needed year round, contact us today if you’d like to get involved.
